Folder structure

Numworx uses folders, modules and activities. Although an unlimited number of folders can be created, they are organized as follows. At the top level is a folder for the faculty. Each educational program has its own folder under the faculty folder. Within this, each course has its own folder. Within this course folder are modules, the course contents. A module is filled with one or more activities, the assignment or a (practice) test. An activity consists of items, which are pages with one or more questions.

Modules can be constructed in various ways, depending on the course program. Modules can be structured according to course weeks, course themes as well as the practice material and the exam. The access of students to a module can be set per module. A module can be open for several weeks or for a specific timeslot on a single day. Additionally, modules can be secured with a password.
